I am passionate about my work in helping people through wellness and relaxation using various massage techniques. I believe that the body can heal itself with the right guidance.  

I enjoy helping others reach their ultimate goals from relaxation to being free of chronic pain caused by over worked or over used muscles to migraines.

I enjoyed our conversations during the session. I realize some might like the peace and quiet the atmosphere creates, but in this case, engagement was welcomed. I thought she was very good at her craft and left me feeling very relaxed.
