My view is that each one of us is an athlete in life and my approach to massage is therefore to provide functional treatments so that my clients may regain or maintain functional movement in their daily life and health and wellness.

Some of the modalities that I incorporate in my massage treatments include the following:

Neurokinetic Therapy
Functional Movement screening and corrective exercises
Trigger Point Therapy
Positional Release/ Strain Counterstrain
Myofascial Release
Kinesiotaping
