I went in with some very painful hand pain that I had experienced for several months. and am amazed at the relief I have after visiting Sheila. Her salon is beautiful and she is an amazing massage therapist. I had the hot stone massage and it was wonderful!

Shelia is so professional. All sessions start with how are we doing . What do we need to work on today. She is patient when she is trying to get you to relax those muscles that need some “work”. When she is finished she often give me exercises to do at home to try and resolve my pain.

Sheila is truly astounding, she has taken the time to really assess my health concerns and self-care must-haves for overall treatment plan that I feel refreshed each session. Sheila is so caring that she will send a follow up email just in case I have forgotten aftercare tips/suggestions. I am truly grateful for such great care, I will never return to franchise therapy session again.
