About Us

Founded in 2018, Holistic Arts Bodywork is located within minutes of downtown Reno, and walking distance from Victorian Square, in the well known "Sparks Florist Building" at 1001 Pyramid Way, Ste 404-3, Sparks, NV 89431.

Our primary approach with massage is to help our clients get real results from their sessions, whether it is pain relief, injury rehabilitation, athletic conditioning, or simple relaxation.

Every therapist in our office has clinical pain management skills and each has a specialty skill of their own. We aim to provide the very best to the community through bodywork and educating our clients about ways in which they can work towards a pain-free lifestyle.

Massage Therapy Session

Every session is customized to best fit client needs. We included a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, swedish, sports, trigger point, etc. 30 Min: Focus on specific areas that need attention (injuries, TMJ work, sports therapy). 60 Min: Detailed work on up to 1/2 the body or general full body massage. 90 Min: Full body massage with detailed focus on one or two areas. 120 Min: Full body detailed massage. Great way to get deep tissue work and still have time for relaxing work.

Hot Stone Therapy Session

Smooth stones are heated and used with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. This is a 90-Minute Session.

Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.

30 Minute Ear Candling

Ear Candling cleans excess wax from ear canals and helps clear inner sinus build-up. Ear candling is great for seasonal build up relief, and reducing sinus pressure from colds and allergies. We use high quality unscented paraffin wax candles. This session takes approximately 30-45 minutes.

Jessika is the owner of Holistic Arts Bodywork and has been in the massage industry since 2004. She is a sports and rehabilitative therapist with a primary focus on restructuring the body and pain-management. She has experience working with athletes of all kinds, with emphasis on tri-athletes, bodybuilders and college sports. Her skill-set includes deep tissue, sports therapy, trigger point therapy, active release therapy, myofascial release, thai massage, reiki and assisted stretching. She also does light cupping and myofascial blading/graston work.

Jessika has spent her entire career as a bodyworker in clinical settings. She has spent the last 20 years working with chiropractors, neurologists, physical therapist, fitness trainers, holistic and naturopathic doctors. The education and influence she's been able to receive working with these incredibly brilliant people has helped her really fine tune her bodywork to meet the unique needs of every client.

Jessika is breast cancer massage certified via AMTA and has worked with survivors at all different levels of treatment, pre- and post-surgery. She also has experience working with people in active treatment for cancer.

Jessika treats the following conditions: TMJ, Headaches/Migraines, sciatica, range of motion issues, athletic injury and scar tissue.

I was professionally trained Fourteen years ago at Milan Institute in Sparks, NV. Since then I have studied many different modalities with the goal of relieving pain and tension in the body. For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for helping others through touch. When I was sixteen I bought a table, read books and watched youtube videos to teach myself enough techniques that I could help my father get out of pain. As this began to work, I became more and more passionate about this work. Today my passion for helping others has only grown stronger. I am trained in myofascial release, hot stone therapy, prenatal therapy, deep tissue, and orthopedic massage. I am currently taking classes to gain a Physician's Assistant license and plan to work in pain management.

Jack is amazing! He's always kind and makes sure to explain the process upon intake. He's professional with placing the sheets in the right spot and makes sure you're comfortable. He finds the tense spots in your muscles and will work the knots with the correct pressure until they're gone. 10/10 every time, I recommend him to everyone.

Halee is an Air Force veteran with a background in psychology. After separating from the military, Halee followed her heart into massage therapy.
