I've had many massages over the years and this was the best one yet. I really like Lisa, on top of being a skilled technician she provides a calming atmosphere to help you feel at ease. The only reason for 4 stars for Ambiance is a little out of her control is sometimes you get noise from other tenants of her building. It doesn't bother me but it might someone else.

I have had a lot of massage throughout that past several years and have experienced a few not so good massages, many good massages, and a fraction of great massages. I have now had an exceptional massage! My friend referred me to Lisa at Mind Your Body Massage telling me that she had just had the best massage of her life. I'm always up for a great massage, so I called and booked a session. On meeting Lisa, I don’t know if it was the combination of her calming voice and her serene presence, but I automatically started to breathe deeper and my muscles began to relax before I was even on the massage table. It did not take long into the massage to understand that Lisa is a well-trained, highly skilled, professional massage therapist with amazingly, gifted hands. I have a lot of neck, back and shoulder issues, and Lisa was quite adept at recognizing and customizing my massage to my individual needs. I had scheduled for a 90-minute massage, and when my time was up I was a puddle of relaxation and happiness. This is one of the most effective and gratifying massages I have ever had.
