Treatment massage utilizes different techniques that involve patient participation such as assisted stretching techniques to help with relief of soft tissue or muscular condition. This may be performed with the patient in workout or loose/relax fitting clothing and may involve cupping. hide

This session involves a 30 minute massage started or followed by 15 minutes of light therapy treatment to 1-2 areas of concern on the body. Firefly is a multi spectrum LED light therapy treatment used to decrease pain, promote the body's natural healing responses, increase lymph flow, and increase ATP production in the body's cells. hide

This session involves stretching different areas of the body that are currently tight or restricted to allow for better range of motion and flexibility. The patient may wear loose fitting clothing or workout clothes for this session. hide

This is required for all new patients so that the patient and practitioner can develop a treatment plan that is customized to their body's needs. The session starts with a 10-15 minute intake of current conditions or areas of concern and a posture analysis with the patient clothed. The posture analysis and treatment plan will then be discussed before the massage begins allowing for the practitioner to know exactly what areas of the body need to be addressed. hide
