I have a Bachelors of Science in Health Promotion & Wellness from Kennesaw State University and I am a licensed massage therapist. I have enjoyed providing therapeutic massage for 16 years around the Gwinnett and Walton Counties. I also was an MT Instructor for 3 years. I specialize in sports and medical massage because I myself have been active and have overcome injuries. I also offer wellness coaching for individuals needing assistance with lifestyle change whether it is weight management, emotional/psychological challenges, or unhealthy addictions.
