Elvis and his wife, Nely, are professional. Their workplace is neat and tidy. They have one room for one patient at a time to insure privacy and convenience. Their lobby is a welcoming area. They listen to their patients and discuss their concerns in an amicable manner. They are punctual and regular with appointments and therapies.
