Here at Best Therapeutics, LLC there is a nuance of clients, each requiring customized bodywork depending on their bio-mechanical needs. She really took her time at each section and I didn't feel like any part was rushed and her transitions were so smooth. The whole massage flowed super well and I was absolutely relaxed even when she worked on a part that needed extra help. The pressure was perfection as was the entire experience. Stephanie is legit! I have only gone to Deirdre for the last seven years and only trust her touch. I knew if Deirdre was bringing Stephanie that I would be in great hands. Personalized, specific, incredibly safe and warm. She leveraged info I gave about my work and sleep to diagnose challenges in my body that required extra work. The experience was 100% focused on my physical, emotional and mental needs, and it was totally different than Deirdre's. I'm always impressed that none of my massages are routine or the same, but instead both Stephanie and Deirdre know how feed off my energy and introduce creative techniques that make the experience they deliver incredibly rewarding.
