Thai Stretching/Mobilization

Therapeutic mobilization and stretching done fully clothed and on the massage table. Deep enough for athletes, gentle enough for chronic pain suffers. Regular massage can cause more inflammation within a body that is already suffering, Thai Massage does not.

Holistic Reiki Massage

Not a regular massage or Reiki session. This session is done intuitively, I work what I'm being called to. Physically I'll use my hands to extract tense/heavy energy while infusing Reiki into muscle tissue leaving you feeling more relaxed than a traditional massage session. Energetically this session will ground and center you back to yourself.
