About Self Healing Abdominal Therapy
As a massage therapist I encourage my clients to understand that the body's system is created to self-regulate, self-heal, and self repair and that this natural state of health depends upon the unobstructed, unrestricted flow of the five channels: arteries, veins, lymph, nerves, and chi (flow of the energy of life). I do not cure conditions, I assist this vital flow of fluids to nourish and repair naturally, with external non-invasive manipulations using different modalities and unique techniques. I'm a certified practitioner with The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy for reproductive and digestive system. I have completed trainings in trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, deep tissue to better care for all the different cases and concerns of my clients.

Maria is an amazing massage therapist, and her studio has such a calm atmosphere. Meeting her for the first time I felt like we were long lost friends being reconnected. Her energy is so positive. We talked through what parts of my body needed attention. I have to say she has amazing hands. You can feel the energy from them. It's wild how she finds the knots in your muscles. Movements are so intentional. I highly recommend her!
