Sedona Body & Soul offers advanced energy-based massage and energy medicine services, based on The Eden Method, for local residents and visitors to this beautiful area. We are conveniently located on the main highway through Sedona - 89A - in The Anasazi Building across the street from Whole Foods. This place is like magic!!!! Very understated in a tiny massage studio off of 89, but once you enter the space it is tranquil and serene beauty, the real thing. I personally feel more comfortable in a smaller more personal space for a massage. I’ve had good massages in bigger spas, but I’ve had life changing experiences in smaller more personal spaces. This is a place where real transformation can occur. Do your self a favor while in Sedona, and get the real thing. My husband met with Lisa for some help with his shoulders and I met with Jyoti for a prenatal massage. They were both perfection, just what we were looking for. We left feeling so happy and connected to each other. Free from whatever it was we brought with us to Sedona that was no longer useful for our happiness. Sedona body and soul made this a trip of a lifetime.

Jyoti is an excellent massage therapist. I had a really stiff neck that seemed to be getting worse by the day. She was so expert in finding where the muscles had tightened and spasmed and applied just right amount of pressure to loosen the kinks. My neck was completely recovered by the following day!!!
