Kellye Houck Hypnotherapy and Body Work is a private practice in Sedona, AZ and Copenhagen, Denmark. Kellye has studied and continues to study healing arts, massage, spiritual practices, religion, and mental health. She has 1000 hours of initial massage training, and 600 hours of Tui Na/ Acupressure training. She is also certified Reiki Master, Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Theta healing Basic DNA practitioner, along with many other certifications. With her passion in understanding the mind, body, spirit connection, Kellye continues her studies at Northern Arizona University, studying for her PHD in Clinical Psychology, specializing in PTSD. With an AOS degree in Holistic Health Care, She studied for over 5 years healing arts modalities and massage techniques. Her primary focus in the healing arts is Traditional Chinese Medical Theory, Traditional Chinese Shamanism, Tui Na/Acupressure, Medical Massage, Sports Massage/Myotherapy, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. She became a licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist from the South West Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ and graduated in 2010, she then received her degree in Holistic Healthcare in 2013.

Kellye’s path is dedicated to empowering and encouraging others to grow into the best version of themselves. Her journey began at the young age of 12 where she dove deeper into spiritual practices, and in 2008 she enrolled in massage school and she continues her educational pursuits to this day. She specializes in Myotherapy massage which is a modality designed for chronic pain, athletes and those with injuries. She is also a Medical Massage practitioner previously known as Special Touch, where she trained to handle various different medical conditions that would require a specialty trained therapist. Tui Na is another specialty of hers where she is trained to access imbalances in the body and provide a specific treatment based on that the clients specific needs.

As a certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist, her hypnotherapy services focus on the Mind, Body, Spirit connection and focuses on the spiritual aspects on Hypnosis. Her philosophy is similar to Carl Jung and is centered around the philosophy that our energy body needs healing and support just as much as our mental and psychical body. During her sessions you will journey deep within your subconscious and shine a light on imbalances you may not have been aware of. All of her techniques are meant to be gentle and loving, so you will feel supported during your journey with love and grace.

Throughout the years she worked under doctors and psychical therapists providing medical focused massage. She transitioned into the Spa field where she worked in a high end destination spa at a luxury hotel, learning to tie her more medical focused background in massage into a spa like technique. She also worked at various different spiritual centers where she practiced her Reiki and Hypnotherapy services in a spiritual setting. Kellye focuses her time on creating a community of practitioners at Sacred Arts Sanctuary, works in destination spas and teaches Traditional Chinese Medical Theory and Massage Practices at Arizona School of Integrative Studies.

Kellye works empathically from the heart and provides a nurturing, and loving support for all her clients and practitioners. She formed Sacred Arts Sanctuary to provide a community of healers working from their heart to serve our community.
