Hot Stone Massage

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Deidre received her certification in Therapeutic Massage from the Florida College of Natural Health - Maitland, FL in 2011. She obtained the state license to practice that same year, and was employed by spas and Chiropractic clinics around the Orlando and Indianapolis areas; until she came back to her hometown. Since then Deidre spent time in a local Chiropractics' office, as well as an out patient physical therapy clinic. She opened her private practice in 2016. Deidre has achieved recognition for studies in Cranial Sacral and Neuromuscular therapies.
