My clinic is a safe healing environment. There will be no discrimination on race, color, religion, gender identification, size, disability, family, neighborhood, choice between Coke or Pepsi or pineapple on pizza.
I’ve been a massage therapist for over 27 years in a wide variety of settings, having worked in multidisciplinary clinics with both eastern and western medical doctors as well as physical therapists, kinesiologists, osteopaths, and surgeons. For 8 years, I owned and operated my own multidisciplinary clinic, and for 10 years, managed the massage department for a multi-clinic physical therapy practice. I’ve also created and managed health programs at a startup, where I integrated mental health, physical health, and overall wellbeing in the corporate environment.
I believe that by finding freedom through movement one can live, work, and play with greater confidence and ease. Educating my clients to empower their healing with individualized goals that feed their mind, body and soul is one of my passions in this work.
My advanced training includes: neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, manual lymphatic drainage, active release technique, muscle energy technique, manual ligament therapy, injury assessment and treatment, post-surgery and traumatic injury, postural reeducation, and pregnancy massage. Although most of my career has been spent providing technical massage for injury, treatment and rehabilitation, I also enjoy giving a grounding and relaxing massage for general well-being.
Outside of work, you’ll find me feeding my soul with music, art, camping, cooking, playing near water and nurturing a passion with my children for living and loving life to the fullest.
