Vela Bodywork was born from the idea that the body, in its movement towards health, resembles light — it changes according to what is along its path. Vela’s mission is to provide a clearing in the path, by using a medley of therapies that focus on detoxification, re-balancing fluid systems within the body, and deep, psychosomatic (mind-body) restoration.

I starting going to Rebecca because I have had several concussions, I also have inflammation in my gut in addition to my aching back. She does massage, craniosacral therapy and FSM, I always feel better and so relaxed when I leave my appointment.
