The room was very soothing, she offered me water, took time to answer any questions and go over things ahead of the massage. During the service she was very thorough, paying particular attention to muscle groups we discussed in our preliminary chat. She had a great balance of being gentle, while also massaging deep enough to release tension.

I do not know what Kristin did, or how she did it, but she got every knot out of my back. Not only did she do that, but she also relieved a great amount of pain from my recent healed wrist (it was broken). She both relieved pain and increased the flexibility of my wrist.
