It's not just your back

Years ago I read an article stating that over 60% of adults experience some kind of low back
pain. It doesn't need to be that way. I specialize in working with clients who experience pain in their
necks or backs. Often the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, or
too much time sitting. I help relax tired, overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment
and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state. You'll be surprised how quickly we
can work together to make measurable improvements and get you feeling better.
Christian received his massage education from Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe.
He has also completed the Master Bodyworker Program which is advanced coursework including
structural and injury work. His favorite types of massage to give are deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
He states his philosophy on healing as this, "The body always speaks--are you listening?"

It’s rare to find a business that not only provides great service but also offers an amazing product. Christian does just that. Fantastic hands for a full body massage, worked out some tension I’ve had in my lower back, as well as my neck. Worked on my legs as well didn’t realize how much tension/stress I carried through my body and this was the cherry on top of my friends bachelorette party weekend.
