Excellent professional massage by Stevie. I chose the medium deep tissue massage and she was able to help my back and legs with stretches. Her massage is deep enough for me. Her office location is professional. She was able to guide me with in-home stretches after the session. If you are looking for swedish or medium deep tissue massage, give her a try and you cannot go wrong.

Stevie Ann is a highly skilled expert with a personalized, caring approach. She did a very comprehensive evaluation before my first session to understand my needs. Don't be fooled by the name of the "gentle" technique. I went in with a very considerable amount of pain in the neck and shoulders. She worked it out and I felt completely relieved of the tension after her 60 minute session. 24 hours later I'm still feeling lighter! She also took time to show me stretches that are best for my condition and long-term health. The space is exceptionally clean, peaceful and inviting. I plan to return regularly and highly recommend! What a great experience I had at Theta Massage Therapy. Stevie Ann took her time and made sure she covered everything we talked about prior to the massage. You can tell she cares about her clients and I've never felt so relaxed. I'm in pain a lot and just suffer through but this made me realize that I need to take better care of myself. I'll definitely be going back!
