Toni was amazing! I had no mobility in my back that all the way down to my feet. She asked me a few questions had me to show her my range of motion. The look on her face was priceless! I enjoyed our time at Mind and Body. I liked that it was nothing like a chain spa. The people were very friendly, easy to talk to, and gave my fiance and I very thorough massages. It was my first time with Reiki and I was skeptical, but I am now amazed with the results! I would definitely recommend Mind and Body to everyone!
