Always an athlete, Lois has spent her whole life with sports, including Basketball, Rowing, Hockey, Soccer and more. Her focus is on Sports Massage and getting athletes back on the field. Her training began at the National Holistic Institute where she learned everything she needed to become a massage therapist. Since then she has worked with college athletes at the Stanford Athletic training department as well as the Los Gatos Rowing Club and many more. Her passion is helping athletes, but she also enjoys giving relaxation and rejuvenation focused massages as well.
