Linda brings compassion, positive energy and balance into her client’s lives through her massage and bodywork. Prior to massage, Linda received a B.A. in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley and worked in various youth development non-profits for over 10 years. In 2011, after graduating from her massage program at De Anza College, Linda went on a 4-month sabbatical in South East Asia - Thailand - to study Thai massage. Her trip inspired her to start her own private practice, Synergy Massage & Wellness, out of her home studio in the Mission area of San Francisco.

Since then, her massage training has taken her around the world, learning and refining regional modalities in their home countries and bringing the best experiences back to her clients. Most recently, she added Fascial Movement Taping (FMT), kinesiology tape used to treat injuries and aide movement, to her ever-expanding lists of specialties.

Further driven by her belief in the importance of self-care and the affordability and accessibility of quality massages, Linda opened a second office, Synergy Massage Weekend Clinic in SOMA in December 2014. Working alongside other passionate and experienced massage therapists, she is now able to introduce custom, holistic and healing experiences to more and more clients.

A practicing yogi and wellness enthusiast, Linda understands the importance of the mind-body connection and experiencing life through the senses – unplugged and in real time. In her free time, she explores the world through backpacking, rock climbing, snowboarding, hiking or simply cooking a meal at home. Through her community and her work, Linda embraces growth, innovation and finds a life lived deeply with intention, integrity, and a passion for exploration.

Linda's focused energy and hot stone work almost immediately made me feel reconnected with my body. Meredith’s experience includes a range of accomplishments such as joining the United States Marine Corps and getting trained and licensed in teaching Kundalini Yoga and the National Holistic Institute. She also won a scholarship that took her to Hawaii to learn the ancient art of Lomi Lomi massage. She has completed the National Holistic Institute's Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program. There she learned advanced anatomy, chronic pain-management techniques, trigger point therapy, critical thinking skills, additional deep tissue techniques and clinical Sports Massage. This is one of the very few times where I felt a massage therapist was trying to truly understand my body, and then tailored the session to it. Most therapists just go through the motions, but Meredith was very attentive.

Originally from Normandy, France, Xavier is a certified massage therapist from the McKinnon Institute in Oakland and the Institute of Thai massage in Chiang Mai. He also completed a two-year yoga teacher’s training program at San Francisco Iyengar Yoga Institute. His unique style is a blend of Swedish and Thai massage, integrating gentle long relaxing strokes with acupressure and gentle stretching to rejuvenate and heal. Xavier has over 20 years of massage experience and is currently working at Kabuki Hot Springs in San Francisco. Prior to Kabuki, Xavier worked at Dekroon Salon, Sunset Sauna in San Francisco and Indian Springs in Calistoga. Xavier touches the body to free the soul.
