Carrie’s career as a massage therapist began in 2001. Her bodywork has been greatly informed by her extensive training in Swedish, deep tissue, Thai massage (including prenatal and infant Thai massage), and Reiki techniques. Carrie’s training and practice have been centered around her intention to provide personalized massage sessions that are educational, therapeutic, and restorative.

Carrie is incredibly skilled at massage therapy and improved several areas of chronic pain in my body. She took the time to listen to me on where my body was in need of treatment and then focused thoughtfully and thoroughly on those areas. I felt exhilarated when I left; not only was my pain and tension dramatically reduced, but I could feel improved circulation in my entire body and head as well. Truly remarkable experience!

I am beyond excited that Carrie is back in action. Her skills as a massage therapist are unmatched by any other I've ever met and she is an all around amazing human to know.
There are new protocols in place and I see that Carrie going above and beyond to ensure that the space is safe, inform clients about all the precautions she has in place, and still maintain a comfortable environment.
Here's what to expect (as of my visit on 10/12/2020)-
Separate sanitized plastic bins for shoes and your belongings, plenty of airflow with an open window and air purifiers running, single use blankets to keep you warm, and full sanitation of all the surfaces you will touch will there.
I'm so happy to be seeing Carrie again and already have my next visit booked.

This was honestly the best massage I have ever had in my life. I threw my back out 3 weeks ago and Carrie was able to provide advice around avoiding a similar situation down the road. She really dug into all the surrounding areas that could have caused this.
I love hard pressure and Carrie knows exactly how to dig in and loosen up all the knots. Even though I am breathing through the hard pressure, it is still such a relaxing experience. I left feeling so much lighter on my feet and completely relaxed.
