Enrico spent the time to find out what I needed to heal. In addition to giving me a massage that felt tailored to my needs he taught me exercises and a new way to think about how I can move through my day in a way to heal and prevent injury.

I've just had my first massage with Erico, and it's clear to me that he is a highly intuitive and skilled massage therapist. After talking with me about my body pain and doing a quick assessment, Enrico correctly judged that the best fit for my needs would be an orthopedic massage.
After just one massage, the increased mobility was huge and my neck and shoulder pain melted away. The relief I felt during and after this massage is indescribably positive. I really appreciate Enrico's skill and also how he communicates his insights and shared some stretches that I can do on my own to continue to open up my upper body. I can't imagine going to anyone else for massage after this experience.
