In March 2014, I received training in Burn Scar massage therapy from Jennifer Hartley at National Holistic Institute in Studio City, CA. This class was created to help burn survivor receive massage by using the correct amount of pressure to assist in long-term recovery. I now am certified to offer massage therapy to burn survivors and other clients who may need scar therapy due to major surgeries or incisions. This class has changed my practice in a very positive way.
