About Us

At Natural Healing Massage, Nakea provides a massage treatment that is specific to your needs. Many of the treatments are geared to help circulation and help blood flow that has become stagnated/stuck in area that can cause pain or discomfort. Clients can choose to have their session focused only on one area of the body or have a full body session that will include more time spent on an area of pain or discomfort.

Percussive Therapy/ Stretching & Traction

30 minutes or 60 minutes of percussive therapy with the use of a Theragun device. Session will include stretching and traction. Client will keep clothes on entire session.

Neck, Shoulder, and Foot Relaxation

This massage is a sit- in chair massage. You will have your feet soaking in Epsom salt and essential oils of your choice. While your feet are soaking, your neck and shoulders will be massaged between 10-15 minutes. Each foot will then be massage using Lava Mint Foot Scrub for 15 minutes each foot. Total hands on session time: 40- 45 minutes.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering. Session Total time: 90 Minutes

Cupping session

This is a 30 minute cupping session only. Cupping will be applied to areas that is needed for pain reduction and to help move blood in specific areas that are causing pain. Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.
