I use a blend of concepts from several different styles of bodywork including, traditional sports massage, Integrated Kinetic Neurology, Neuro-Kinetic Therapy, Functional Range Conditioning, and Active Release Techniques to name a few. Because it's not about the modality of bodywork I like to use, It's about you, and the system that works best for you.

My goal for all of my clients is for them to be able to move and play freely without having to limit themselves because of pain and stiffness. I think far too often, we limit ourselves because of pain and stiffness, instead of figuring out why it developed in the first place. I operate on the core belief that nobody should be limited by pain and stiffness.
