Bodywork Therapy

The goal of this session is to reduce tension and pain caused by muscular imbalances. A series of techniques will be performed based on your needs. Deep tissue compressions, stretching and fascial work are a few that may be used. Cupping can also be incorporated into the session to bring fresh, oxygenated blood to the area to promote the healing process. This session is for those who may be experiencing pain at the moment and need something longer lasting than a relaxing massage.

Jessica specializes in deep tissue bodywork consisting of sports massage, structural integration and cupping therapy. Structural integration focuses on manipulation of the fascia (connective tissue) of the body in order to improve posture and alleviate pain.
