When human beings experience physical and emotional trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for this trauma and stress to present in their bodies as dis-ease, dis-torsion, and dis-comfort. Facilitating healing in people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience is my greatest passion. I help my clients, who include children, adults and families, to find relief and healing so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and mobile.

I know that no single therapeutic approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in a range of massage techniques including Craniosacral Therapy, Mercier Therapy, ACE Medicupping, Myofascial release for the treatment of trauma as well as Qigong for proper breath, movement and alignment of the body.


My educational background includes LMT from Myotherapy College of Utah. Mercier Therapy and Shared Journey Fertility from Mercier therapy professional training, Master Certified Health Coach from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. Craniosacral Therapist through the Upledger Institute International and Qigong instructor from Long White Cloud Qigong, New Zeeland.

Jeremy is very intuitive and follows the body's energy patterns to know exactly what is needed in a bodywork treatment to relax and release my tension.
