I had a great experience here. I wasn't sure what to expect, since I had not been there and it seemed to be located in a questionable area, but it was an inviting space. All communication was prompt and professional. The prices are great, too. Their website says "Hot stones and hot towels are complimentary with all massage therapy services." but I did not receive either (and I asked about the hot stones prior to starting).

Cara is so thorough and truly interested in helping me. I had surgery in July and have to use a cane to help me walk. After the massage, I was able to move better. I still use the cane but I can tell I am doing better after the massage. I booked another for 2 weeks because I loved it so much!

Cara has been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist since 2006. She graduated from The Edmund Morgan School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in 2005 where she received advanced training in neuromuscular therapy. She has also studied Facial Reflexology under Lone Sorensen and is a certified facial reflexologist.
Cara has always had a passion for helping others and after discovering the healing benefits to massage therapy for herself, she pursued an education in therapeautic massage so she could help others to improve their quality of life. By combining her passion for Hot Stone Therapy and traing in Neuromuscular Therapy, Cara has developed a unique therapeutic experience to aid her clients in pain management and stress reduction.

I would say this experience is by far the best I have had. I have been to Massage Envy several times and never achieved the comfort level or relaxation that I found at Stillpoint Healing Arts with Cara. I quite literally fell asleep on the table. 10/10 will absolutely be back!

Prior to becoming a licensed Massage Therapist in early 2022 Paul worked as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant since 2009 in various therapy settings. Paul found his passion for healthcare after working in skilled nursing facilities as a CNA, which cultivated his passion for helping people regain their independence and overall well-being. Paul was a great masseuse. Not until during the massage did I realize that he was more of a true body worker — if there are specific issues to address, he is very knowledgeable and capable. I wish I knew of this going into it because my expectations were more along the lines of relaxation, but that said, my body needed it, and I felt he did a great job. He explained his approach before, during, and after while checking in often to ensure my comfort.
