Structural Energetic Therapy®

Myofascial release is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. Structural Energetic Therapy® utilizes specialized protocols at the cranium to assist the musculoskeletal system to re-pattern and realign, releasing former torsion patterns, thus creating room within the musculoskeletal structure for increased movement and fluidity. Follow up sessions focus on releasing the torsion patterns from the other parts of the musculoskeletal system.

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Relaxation massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and increase circulation. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a deep state of relaxation. Essential Oils and/or Hot Towels can purchased as an add-on service.

60 Minute Rehab/Relax

Rehab/Relax provides a more gentle pressure for those needing some rehabilitation techniques also. We Combine neuromuscular, myoskeletal and myofascial techniques to increase range of motion (ROM), decrease/release muscular strain and torsion patterns while increasing blood and oxygen supplementation to the muscles. These techniques are effectively provided with a lighter pressure. Myofascial Release and Myoskeletal techniques are gentle and designed for delivering a comprehensive treatment.

Myoskeletal alignment technique is a type of bodywork which blends the principles of osteopathy and structural integration to relieve chronic pain. The focus of this technique is on back and neck pain in particular.
