About Us

About Me

After some time of devoted yoga study I began my inquiry into the mind body relationship. As my studies evolved they lead me to finding Traditional Chinese Medicine, a practical philosophy whose theories are at the core of my therapeutic offerings and personal wellness practices.

Shortly after becoming licensed by New York State in 2012, I expanded my reach to Yoga instruction and became a 200 hour RYT. I later sought massage licensure in the state of Florida & have since relocated there. I split my time between these two great states, and practice my life's work in both. As a committed bodyworker of 7 years, it is my intention to offer effective and positive treatment outcomes for all clients that seek my services.

Therapeutic massage incorporates various techniques including deep tissue, assisted stretch or swedish massage. This treatment is designed to address your concerns at the time of your appointment and to compliment your health and fitness goals. A self-care plan to enhance and help you maintain the effects of massage may be offered through exercise, stretching, and stress & pain management tools. ?

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Treatment is performed while the client lies on her side, with the use of special cushions and bolsters for comfort. Prenatal massage may be instrumental in alleviating common aches and pains associated with pregnancy as well as addressing anxiety, depression and other emotional concerns of pregnant women.

Induction Massage

Yes, it really works! If you're between 37-40 weeks and wish to avoid a medical induction, this massage is for you. Through the use of deep tissue, acupressure, labor may be brought on naturally. This method is recommended by obstetricians, midwives and doulas whose clients wish to avoid medical induction. Best for pregnant women with minor or no pregnancy complications. Induction massage can begin at 37 weeks and has been known to bring about labor between 3 and 24 hours post treatment.

Postnatal Massage

If you have just given birth, are breastfeeding or wearing your baby, postpartum massage is for you. Massage after labor may be just as important as massage before labor. For up to 1 year postpartum massage may help to regulate hormones, provide relief from common aches, pains and anxiety associated with new motherhood. Medical clearance is recommended if you are 6-8 weeks postpartum. A postnatal massage is appropriate for up to one year after labor. ?

Facial Rejuvenation Massage

This Facial Rejuvenation Massage treatment is not a typical facial that one would receive at an estheticians office. There is no specific skincare treatment instead it includes lymphatic drainage along the anterior neck, deep tissue trigger point release around the TMJ (jaw muscles), posterior neck and cranial muscles and gentle massage with a CBD skincare product around the delicate skin of the eyes, forehead, and lips to hydrate and plump fine lines.
