I'm a Spiritual Mindset Coach with an Intuitive Astrological Gift.  Through my personal life experiences as well as formal education I have dedicated myself to help others who desire to be the best they can be for themselves.  For over 14 years I've been working with people who wrestle with their inner-critic (that nagging voice in the back of your head that’s trying to run your life and not in a good way!) and are ready to learn how to tame that Rascal once and for all!

In addition, I'm Energetic Empath with a natural ability to tap into the planetary aspects, which provide me with clear insight as to what is currently happening and how it affects your daily living.  With this insightful understanding, I'm able to bring clarity to my clients, which allow them to navigate their journey with more ease and understanding.

Lastly, I'm a Massage Therapist with over 8 years of in-depth training in a variety of modalities. A formal program director and instructor for a local college who taught countless students the art of massage therapy.  I believe in customizing each session to fit the specific need of my client’s chief concerns as well as their overall wellness. I'm known for being the 'Relaxation Queen' even when treating painful knots.

I hold a PhD in Philosophy, am a NLP Practitioner, trained in Reconnection (energy), Astrology, am a certified Realm Reader, and a passionate Massage Therapist.  I'm also an Author, Speaker and one of the Instructors who teaches classes at Positive Practice.
