Class Descriptions:

-    After- School Tween, Teen + Young at Heart Yoga
•    Wednesdays 4:15 pm-5:30 pm
•    Introduction to yoga designed especially for adolescents.  We’ll focus on basic yoga poses, flow and breath to build strength and flexibility, but also take time to explore the mindfulness of yoga beyond the physical practice.  Expect fun, music and movement, along with space for relaxation and meditation.  Build self-esteem, confidence, and connection with community.
