The entire experience felt tailored to me and my particular body. I even received help and relief for issues I didn’t know I had/fully understood. Stefani had calm, beautiful energy that soothed me and made me feel very comfortable. Their incredible skill was crystal clear because of the way my body immediately felt better aligned and my painful muscles more loose and relaxed. I also noticed better range of motion in my trouble areas.
