Holly is a Utah native and has been an LMT since 2009. She graduated from Myotherapy College of Utah and has continually strived to better her education. She has pursued further education a variety of massage therapy techniques and is currently seeking her AS in Pre-Medical. She is an expert anatomy and physiology. Few massage therapists understand the specific issues that sports and injuries present themselves in the body as well as her.
Through massage therapy, Holly has been able to help her clients find relief and a deeper connection with their own body. She believes that the connection and awareness of our bodies is closely tied to physical, emotional and mental health. She is intuitive and nurturing, and her massage style is Therapeutic and detailed yet gentle. She has a unique style of combining long strokes of Swedish and injury-specific work. She utilizes Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports and Positional Release Therapy and not to forget, hand and foot reflexology - which she uses Rose Quartz and jade crystal tools for reflexology that balance the heart energy and help with positivity and promote peace and wellbeing. These combined relaxing strokes plus deep stretches in specific areas are used to addresses chronic pain patterns and syndromes and help the body let go of long-held tension patterns and ease restrictions in range of motion of the joints.
