I am originally from Silver Spring, Maryland. I have lived in Southern Pines for twelve years. I have an Associates in Applied Science in Therapeutic Massage as well as an Associates in General Education both from Sandhills Community College. I went into massage therapy because I was trying to find a way that I could help people. I believe the one on one hands on approach that massage therapy offers is the best way that I can help people. I offer services such as Swedish massage, sports massage, myofascial release, kinesiology taping, maternity massage, deep tissue, chair massage, and hot stone therapy. Massage therapy can help all sorts of conditions from depression to plantar fasciitis or sciatica. I currently offer my services in Southern Pines, NC. I love to help animals as well as people. I have always had animals in my life ever since I could first remember. If I didn't go into massage therapy I would most likely have gone into some sort of veterinary position.
