When I was ready to check out the person at the front desk told me it would be 40.00. I told her that when I did the first treatment that Misti told me that my 30 min treatment would be 35.00 as a self pay. This did not matter to her and told me that would the charge after I became a V.I.P. which would take 2 more treatment. I live and die by my word and expect others to do the same.

I was sick when I went in Tuesday. I went in early to get on the Aqua Bed for a bit before my massage. As always, all consideration was taken for how I was feeling. Becky knew as soon as she saw me I wasn't feeling well. And as always, I felt better when I walked out than when I walked in. I just can't say enough good things about Therapeutic Pain Management. Great group of ladies, very professional, and most importantly AWESOME at their job.

I was in serious need of therapy to encourage my body to be more flexible. Misti addressed my personal concerns an offered suggestion to improve my experience next time.As a senior it gets more difficult for my body to do what my mind wants but with Misti professional ability my body shows more cooperation. loved everything. Only thing that could have made it any better was if the room had more spa atmosphere (if even possible). Possibly darker, aroma therapy scents? But it was amazing and I will tell everyone how much I loved it!

It is always a very professional experience for me when I attend my scheduled therapy appointments. I suffer my migraine headaches an many times I will walk in with a headache and walk out without one. It's amazing what her massages can do for me.
I have reduced the amount of medication that I require for pain and now I never have to go the emergency department for my headaches.

There is nothing to dislike at Therapeutic Pain Management. From making your appointment, having to reschedule, to showing up, the girls up front are always nice, helpful, HAPPY, professional. I usually see Becky but I have also gotten massages from Misty, she is wonderful too. You just can't go wrong here. Whether you are just wanting a massage to relax, a massage to help with pain, these ladies know what they are doing.
