As a massage therapist, my goal is to provide customized therapeutic services to help clients live their life to the fullest. I am a proud graduate from Georgia Massage School and also have a bachelor's degree in General Science from Pennsylvania State University. I have always had a love for massage and after 11 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, I started out on a new career path. I am grateful for every opportunity to help others through massage and enjoy using a variety of different techniques in every session. I am trained in Swedish, neuromuscular, PNF stretching and lymphatic massage.
Charlotte Godbee, LMT
My purpose in my work is to change lives, and my work is my passion.
As a massage therapist, I focus on neuromuscular therapy, using deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, and Swedish massage techniques to help restore and improve muscle, tissue, and postural alignment. I also use my NASM Personal Training Certification to provide my clients with corrective exercises to extend the benefits of their sessions. My therapeutic approach allows my clients to reach their intended goals safely with prolonged relaxation benefits.
I am so grateful to contribute to the wellness of the community.
