I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014, graduating from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY. Modalities offered include Medicupping, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, Healing Hands (Native American Energy Work), Prenatal, Reiki, Shamanic Healing & Corporate Chair Massage. In addition to my NY State License, I am Nationally Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.

Through a blend of intuitive touch, Medicupping, Healing Hands, sports techniques, fascial rebalancing, therapeutic manipulations and Trigger Point Therapy, I am able to provide a full treatment for body, mind, and spirit. Balancing these three facets of Self will help provide a more grounded center of awareness within you.
Unprocessed emotions and stressful events can be stored on a cellular level. Any movement or manual therapy will help to soften and release physical, energetic and emotional restrictions.
Utilizing a variety of modalities, I am able to palpate, assess and apply the appropriate technique needed. I work mainly through intentuition (a blend of intention and intuition) and somatic attunement. Somatic attunement taps into the body's intelligent non-verbal communication system. It is the "listening" and "responding to" what is happening within the physical and energetic bodies, and assists in bringing them back into harmony.
The physical body is composed of roughly 60-70% water. Water has been scientifically proven to be susceptible to manipulations through sound, touch, vibration and thought. Water is also capable of storing information/memories. The implications for how this effects humans, as beings composed of more than half water, is astronomical. Using this knowledge as a framework in my therapy, healing benefits can be held and experienced for up to four days post treatment, sometimes longer!
I enjoy facilitating others' journey of coming home to their own body. The more "in tune" you are with your body, the better you can listen and respond to the signals it sends you. The better you are able to communicate within, the more in balance you become. I look forward to working with you.

I love that Susan just intuitively knew where to focus extra time and attention on certain areas of my body that I experience the most pain. She relieved a ton of knots in my upper and lower back, and at one point I was so relaxed I fell asleep! You can tell she really put a lot of thought and consideration into what experience her clients will take away; from lighting, temperature, music and even a bottle of water at the end of my massage, she truly cares about her practice and her clients. Susan's space is very comfortable and inviting. The light and temperature of the room were perfect for the experience. Susan herself is both professional and personable. As a therapist she is very knowledgeable and it is clear that she has her client's best interest at heart. She explained what was happening with my body (restriction, trigger points, etc), educated me on vacuum therapy as well as other techniques and gave me suggestions for self care between appointments (foam roller, mouthgaurd, etc). Susan was able to feel where I was most restricted and work on those areas with appropriate techniques. After an unexplained back injury and chronic headaches I left Susan's office feeling the best that I have ever felt. I highly recommend Susan's services as part of a healthy lifestyle!

Grew up in Oneida, visiting relative this trip, haven't been in the area in years. Online search found Revive, surprised this type of business can survive. Susan was accommodating to my schedule, prompt with replies, gracious. Massage was thorough, directed to my specific cycling soreness, attentive, and especially deep enough to rejuvenate. More than satisfied with the entire experience. CNY is spoiled to have Revive in its midst. Easily rode around Oneida Lake the next day, 80 miles total.
