Incredible experience with Madelyn. I booked after doing research on myofascial specialized massage therapists, and chose Madelyn because she mentioned “muscle energy work”. It signaled to me that she was going to follow where my pain and tension took her rather than following a textbook framework. She immediately found where I was holding intense tension in the arch of my left foot and along the left side of my body. She spent deliberate time working on those areas as well as areas on my right side that were overcompensating to hold it all together. I left the appointment feeling like my body just freed up space, and scheduled a follow-up without thinking twice. I’d give 10/5 stars if I could.

Every time I book a massage with Equilibirum, I can honestly say it's one of the most rejuvenating experiences. Madelyn has an incredible gift for intuitively finding areas of tension and working them out with just the right amount of pressure. During therapeutic massages, every movement feels purposeful and deeply therapeutic, melting away stress I don't even realize I'm holding. Madelyn's professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care make me feel completely at ease throughout sessions. She will even review problem areas with you afterwards, which makes me feel empowered with more knowledge. I always leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with a renewed sense of energy.
