Always a 5 star experience with Donna Ridenhour! I had just returned from a scuba diving vacation, where I used different muscles than usual. Back issues also flared up.
Donna addressed each area and gave me the time and attention needed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist!

I like how the massage was catered to what my needs were! I can honestly say I slept like a baby when I got home and I havent done that in a very long time! Donna took the time to look me over and figure out what I needed before deciding what kind of massage to provide. She was spot-on in her diagnosis, and when I got off the table, I had improved range of motion in my shoulders, which I desperately needed. She also recommended some stretches and other things I could do at home to maintain the work she did on the table. Donna really knows her stuff, and she cares deeply about every person who comes to her for body work.
