~ Living Wellness cultivates a combined approach to addressing some of the key factors that may throw an individual out of balance. Whether it be through stress, injury, illness, poor diet, or a combination thereof, allowing our Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Health Coach, and Yoga Instructor to individually address these needs is the first step on your journey toward wholeness. Health and Wellness are deeply unique and not a one-size-fits-all process. At Living Wellness we understand individual needs and take the time to listen, and create a safe space, while approaching each client's road to healing with the knowledge and understanding that we are all in possession of our own personal and remarkable journey. ~

Truly a competent professional. Ms. Roach appearance was clean and without any unpleasant odor ie a non smoker. She exuded a calming personality. The treatment room was clean and very relaxing. I highly recommend her. Unfortunately I am unable to afford the hourly price.

Nessa is just awesome! I've been getting regular relaxation massages from her, however she is now offering Medical Massages (a therapeutic technique) and since I've had lower back, hip and sometimes upper shoulder pain, I thought I would try this new technique. On my first treatment, I was limping when I arrived at my appointment, but when the treatment was over and I stood up and was walking, that limp and pain was gone! I just had my second treatment and am feeling so much better, no other modality has worked as well as Nessa's Medical Massage has. She's been such a blessing.
