I have always had a passion for healing on all levels - mental, physical and spiritual.  As a massage therapist, I strive to understand the needs of my clients and promote their healing. My background includes a BA in Psychology, a MS in Education, as well as over 15 years as a martial arts instructor.  My goal as a massage therapist is to bring together my diverse knowledge and experiences to tailor to my client's individual needs, using modalities that include, relaxation techniques, deep tissue therapeutic massage, reflexology, Shiatsu and Reiki.

After obtaining my massage certification from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester, NY, I have spent over a decade in private practice as a massage therapist. I love working closely with my clients to facilitate a treatment plan that will help them on their path to a healthier, pain free, more relaxed state of being.  I currently can be found working at Empire Therapeutic Massage Center in Rochester, NY.
