We can not be held responsible if the client does not follow the proper prep guidelines. This treatment for pre. Colonoscopy truly depends on the client following these steps to the letter, with out any variations.

All treatments are blocked out for 60 min per session. This time includes time for you to prepare for the treatment, the table time varies from 30 to 45 minutes depending on what the body indicates that it needs. And also for the client to take the time that they need at the end of the session in the bathroom. I am sorry if I did not make this clearer for you and will do my best in the future to make this information available to all others in the future.

We work very hard to provide the very best in care and comfort, as noted by others. Also, please note that as far as our cancellation policy, clients are only charged if they are a No-Show, No-Call as indicated on the intake form.

Please note that you were not charged for your service and we called Groupon for you in regard to this matter. Patient health and safety are our number one concern at all times.

Sorry for your frustration. At Serenity Station, we specialize in Colon Hydrotherapy with care and compassion. It is not and has never been our practice to talk about others health issues. During the first appointment time is set aside for intake form and medical information. This is part of the appointment. Additionally, therapeutic massage sessions are 50min for the massage. Additional time is for the client to transition off and onto the table.

Adding comfort and relaxation for the treatment is what makes my work more beneficial.
