Before becoming a Massage Therapist, Olivia graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2016 with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology. She spent over a year using her degree as a Personal Trainer to help her clients reach their fitness goal while improving themselves mentally and physically. While being a Personal Trainer was a rewarding and informative experience, Olivia discovered a passion for more clinical, hands-on work. Olivia graduated Salutatorian in 2018 from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY. Her previous education in Kinesiology and experience as a Personal Trainer gives Olivia a more orthopedic/medical approach to her massage techniques. Olivia is proficient in medical cupping, various stretching techniques, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and myofacial release. She enjoys helping her clients manage their pain while also promoting relaxation to relieve stress and tension.

Olivia is an amazing massage therapist! She asks you where the pain is, finds the issue and it is resolved with a visit or a couple visits. Thankful to have found her and her incredible abilities. Definitely going back when I need to!!!
