At Mind Body Balance, I specialize in working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression and/or chronic pain. I have additional training in Somatic Experiencing for trauma recovery, and in Associative Awareness Techniques for innovative pain management. I use therapeutic massage, neuroscience education, and relaxation techniques to help my clients regain comfort, calm, and engagement with life.
I appreciate Pamela's motivation to help me deal with my mental and physical issues. That includes taking the initiative to investigate/research alternative non mainstream medical concepts/potential solutions, spending time with me, as needed at a given appointment, to provide support for my particular situation or pain level on that day. She has also helped me to understand what my physical or mental symptoms mean (mind/body relationship). Pamela has been the major influence in teaching me how to apply the new techniques to enable me to help myself to overcome my issues. She is consistently pleasant to interact with.
