The most common form of massage, Swedish massage uses long, flowing, rhythmic strokes to reduce stress and improve muscle tone. As your body surrenders to receiving healing touch, my hands will recognize this release and this allows your body to guide me in what it needs to heal. My intention is to give your body what it needs to restore and maintain optimal health, so each of your sessions will be customized in order for you to gain the maximum benefits of massage.

70 Minute Pregnancy Session

Relieve physical discomforts such as back and neck pain, joint discomfort, sciatica, leg cramping, minor edema and fatigue. Soothing the parasympathetic nervous system releases endorphins into your bloodstream which are in turn transferred to your baby. Not only do you feel less stressed, your baby will as well!.This massage is done in a side-lying and semi-reclined positioning, and you will be securely propped with cozy pillows.

Zero Balancing

Zero Balancing is a gentle style of massage based on the belief that there is an energetic body as well as a physical body and that injuries can affect both. The practitioner uses comfortable pressure and gentle traction to engage both body structure and body energy. Clients experience deep relaxation, internal organization, and improved function.

I started Bodywork by Bobbi in 2008 directly out of massage therapy school & haven't looked back since! I am truly grateful to show up to my office each day. It's an honor to support women into & throughout their motherhood journey. Massage changed my relationship with my self, my body, my soul... It changed my entire life. I love massage & want you to love it just as much! When I am not working, I love being home with my husband Adam, our son Carter, and our Boston Terrier Ivy.
