Elizabeth has received specialize training and certification in Myofascial Release, CranialSacral Therapy, Prenatal/Postpartum Massage, Infant Massage.

Elizabeth is also a Certified Birth Doula through Vine of Life Midwifery.

Elizabeth has a passion in helping her clients reach their health and wellness goals She uses a holistic approach and attends to each clients needs individually.
