Be still and heal

With each massage I try to accomplish two goals;
1. Bring the feeling of freedom and movement back to the body. With daily repetitive motions, daily stress and tension, accident and injury, the body slowly starts to lose its full range of motion. We begin to feel stiff, tense, we tend to favor "the good side" and doing that nothing gets better. I try and break that habit.

While studying at Crystal Mountain School of Therapeutic Massage in Albuquerque, I fell in love with the movements and style of lomi lomi massage. I try to use the same spirit and intent behind that style in each massage, using a forearm flow, myofascial, gentle deep tissue techniques to create a relaxing deep massage. I believe that deep tissue does not have to be an ordeal but can be a relaxing experience.

Anthony always takes the time to really listen to whatever I'm having the most problems with and adjusts his massage treatments to work on those specific problems. That is incredibly valuable to me.

Anthony was recommended to me by a former co-worker to help my back and neck strain. This was my first massage ever and I was a little apprehensive, but Anthony's manner put me quickly at ease. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

Anthony is the best masseuse in Albuquerque! And I have tried them all at Massage Envy... Could easily be a Master at Ten Thousand Waves in Santa Fe. We are fortunate to have him here!

Anthony Carpenter is friendly and caring about one's needs, but even more importantly, he is knowledgeable and knows exactly what he's doing. That level of professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Anthony knows his stuff. The place was nice and cool and dark. It has little lights and music so it feels like a treat. Anthony is a cool person who does not make you feel weird. I will go again.

Anthony never ceases to amaze me! I always get off of his table with significantly less pain and more mobility. Worth every penny.
